Once again we see that losing weight is not so much about dieting and all the negative connotations that seem to go with it. Calorie counting, feeling half starved, not able to eat so many thing and counting the days until it all ends. Rather it is about doing something to make a lifestyle change so that the benefits continue each day.

Rob has had a long interest in bodybuilding and fitness. He says it was probably too many Arnold Schwarzenegger movies in his younger days. Whatever the reason Rob spent many years trying to lose that weight which seemed to dog him for so long. And the issue that he had was, that like most of us, he was not blessed with those genes which make it easy to eat anything, exercise little and still have a body that has all the right looks.

So after a long search and much trial and error he found that 90% of the fat loss or muscle building programs and products were just plain ineffective. They were either created to simply make a quick buck, or would only work on people who were already born with great lean muscular genetics.  You know the type of person just referred to above who works out lazily, with very little
intensity, pretty much eats pizza all the time and still looks magnificent when at the beach. Don’t we all wish that we could do that.

But that is not to be so instead we have to look at a more practical approach. And this is where Rob’s Fat Burning Furnace approach comes in. He went looking and then created a fat loss and fitness method of his own because he could not find one that allowed him to get in premium shape without having to give up the foods he loved or spend most of his spare time at the gym.

Most people look at food from a macronutrient view (protein, carbs, fats). This approach is fine, but the big revelation for Rob was when he started to focus on consuming most of his calories from foods that are super loaded with nutrients.  Foods such as vegetables, fruits, whole unrefined grains, beans, legumes, nuts, and seeds.  He is not talking here about a vegetarian or vegan diet, just a diet that optimally supplies the body with the nutrients it requires to burn fat.  When you give your body the required nutrients without overloading it by eating nutrient poor or nutrient barren foods, fast fat loss happens almost magically.
